RFP for Furniture and Fixture Package for Access Student Housing Building, Classroom Expansion, and Security Entrance Improvement – Phase 1

The Texas Facilities Commission is seeking a contractor to provide furniture and fixtures for the Access Student Housing Building, Classroom Expansion, and Security Entrance Improvement at the Texas School for the Deaf. The project includes the installation of modular and office furniture, ancillary furniture, conference room furniture, classroom furniture, and outdoor furniture. The contractor will be required to deliver and install the furniture in accordance with the project schedule. The estimated budget for the project is $473,000.
