Basic Unmanned Aerial System

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is seeking information on vendors that can provide a ruggedized, backpack portable, quadcopter Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) with a minimum flight time of 30 minutes, NDAA compliance, and an Ingress Protection of IP53 or better. The UAS should be able to record video and have a Ground Control Station (GCS) with an integrated display to view video from the UAS. The price of the UAS should be $12,000 or less. • The UAS should be a quadcopter. • The UAS should have a minimum flight time of 30 minutes. • The UAS should be NDAA compliant. • The UAS should be ruggedized and backpack portable. • The UAS should have an Ingress Protection of IP53 or better. • The UAS should be able to record video. • The GCS should have an integrated display to view video from the UAS. • The price of the UAS should be $12,000 or less.
