Description
The TDC Campus Wide Concrete Project involves various concrete works, including excavating, forming, and pouring patios, pads, and sidewalks at the Tiffin Developmental Center. The project requires the contractor to provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete the work. The contractor must also comply with Ohio Prevailing Wage Laws and obtain any necessary permits. The project is expected to start on February 19, 2026, and be completed by June 30, 2026.
• The project includes multiple sites, such as GARZA 5 Front Courtyard, Garza 2/3 Courtyard, Nevada Dumpster Pad, and others.
• The contractor must maintain a safe work area, provide OSHA-approved barricades, and secure tools and materials.
• The contractor must also restore all edges with topsoil and seed, and repair any damage to the lawn or pavement.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable provisions of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
