Description
The United States Air Force is soliciting a quotation for the service and repair of a Sciaky Spot Welder at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma. The contractor must provide a one-time on-base repair to restore the machine to full functionality, including comprehensive onsite troubleshooting and diagnostics, inspection of electronic and system controls, pneumatic systems, software integrity, and ladder logic. The contractor must also perform necessary adjustments and corrections to system parameters and validate that the equipment is fully operational and certified for immediate mission use. The contractor must have at least five years of experience with WeldComputer Controls and submit formal proof of experience.
• The contractor must provide a written statement explaining how they meet the technical evaluation criteria.
• The contractor must have authorized distributor status and successful past performance of equivalent adaptive control retrofitting and installation projects on Sciaky Spot Welder systems.
• The contractor must submit formal, verifiable documentation establishing their authorized distributor status and successful past performance.
• The contractor must have no less than five years of experience with WeldComputer Controls.
