Exterior Doors and Installation

Delgado Community College is seeking bids for the provision of labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and personnel to remove and discard existing exterior doors and supply and install new exterior doors at the Westbank Campus – Student Life Building. The successful bidder will be required to complete the work within 60 days after the purchase order is issued and must be completed by the end of November 2026. Key aspects of the job include: • Removing and discarding existing exterior doors • Supplying and installing 3 sets of exterior store front double doors • Coordinating with the college's electrician during installation • Ensuring doorways are not left unsecured overnight • Providing sufficient signs/barricades to identify the work site and restrict entry • Maintaining security at the work site and protecting from theft, vandalism, personal injury, and property damage
