“Heating Fuel Tank Systems Replacements – Rogers Park & Broadview Schools”

The State of Connecticut, through its Department of Administrative Services, is seeking qualified vendors to remove and replace heating fuel underground storage tank (UST) systems at two municipal school facilities – Rogers Park and Broadview School. The work includes safe removal of existing USTs, environmental remediation of any contaminated soil or groundwater, disposal of hazardous materials, and installation of new compliant heating fuel tank systems. Bidders must provide a complete bid package as outlined in the attached Invitation to Bid documents and demonstrate experience in both environmental remediation and building‑facility construction. • Removal and disposal of existing underground heating fuel tanks (USTs) • Site investigation, soil and groundwater testing, and remediation as required by state and federal regulations • Installation of new heating fuel tank systems meeting current safety and environmental standards • Coordination with school district facilities staff to minimize disruption to school operations • Provision of all necessary permits, insurance, and compliance documentation • Delivery of as‑built drawings and final certification of completion
