Outdoor Power Equipment, Parts and Repair Services

The City of Tucson is seeking bids to provide outdoor power equipment, parts, and repair services for use by all City Departments. The contract will be citywide and available for use by all City Departments. The City requires a comprehensive and extensive line of quality-made OEM and/or 3rd party parts, materials, and supplies to support the daily maintenance, repair, and operations functions of various City Departments. The products ordered, purchased, and/or repaired on this contract will be commercial grade, gas-powered (2-cycle) and electric, small, hand-held power equipment. • The categories include but are not limited to trimmers, chainsaws, edgers, blowers, weedeaters, tillers, augers, pole saws, generators, walk-behind mowers, hedge trimmers, drills, and multi-use tools. • The City is interested in the following categories of value-add services for inclusion in this contract: repair services, pickup and delivery, technical services, customer support services, and training. • The contract will commence upon award and shall remain in effect for a period of one year, unless terminated, canceled, or extended as otherwise provided herein. • The City reserves the right to renew the contract for four additional one-year periods or portions thereof.
