Description
The US Army Corps of Engineers, Huntsville Center, Furniture Team is seeking quotes for the procurement of appliances for Yongsan Casey Bldg. 2849 and Daegu Bldg. 593. The quote shall include a completed Standard Form 1449, an Excel version of Attachment 1, and a Word version of Attachment 8. Vendors are required to submit their quotes via email or through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) platform. The quote shall be valid for 120 days, and the vendor shall provide a Technical Data Sheet for each item in their quote.
• The quote shall be submitted no later than 10:00AM Central Time, 3 June 2026.
• The vendor shall direct pre-award questions to the Contract Specialist.
• The vendor shall not discuss any aspect of the procurement with the onsite Technical Representative prior to contract award.
• The vendor shall submit a completed Technical Documents Checklist in Word format.
• The vendor shall include their company name and submission date in the file names of their attachments.
