Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs National Cemetery Administration is seeking a vendor to provide sod (Bermuda/TifTuf) delivery and installation services at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio, Texas. This is an IDIQ contract with a base year plus four optional one‑year extensions, allowing the government to place task orders as needed throughout the growing season. The contractor must handle all labor, equipment, and materials, adhere to strict quality and timing requirements, and comply with VA’s subcontracting and small‑business regulations.
• Scope includes delivery of certified sod and installation on grave‑site locations, with rapid 3‑business‑day delivery and 24‑hour installation turnaround.
• Minimum order 1,800 sq ft, maximum 12,150 sq ft per task order; optional years increase quantities annually.
