Description
The New Mexico Department of Health seeks an experienced Advanced Power BI Consultant to design, develop, and maintain sophisticated analytics solutions across the state’s public‑health surveillance systems, financial platforms, and eight state‑run health‑care facilities. The contractor will integrate disparate data sources (including CDC, Oracle/PeopleSoft, and facility operational feeds), create real‑time and predictive dashboards, ensure HIPAA‑compliant security, provide training, and support ongoing performance monitoring for up to four years (initial 1‑year term with three optional extensions).
• Data integration from public‑health, financial, and operational systems into Power BI Premium workspaces.
• Development of real‑time, geospatial, and emergency‑response dashboards with row‑level security and AI insights.
• Full‑service consulting model (remote, phone, on‑site) with a 1‑business‑day response SLA, plus knowledge transfer, documentation, and QA testing.
