This solicitation is for a mechanical‑construction modification of the condenser water piping system at the Wilmington VA Medical Center. The contractor must provide labor, materials, and equipment to install two 10‑in. butterfly valves, two 10‑in. vertical check valves, inspect and reinstall pump #2 casing, and start‑up and balance both condenser‑water pumps.
