This solicitation seeks a contractor to repair the oil/water separator system at Facility Management Services (FMS) #1 in Florence, AL. The work includes cleaning trench drains, replacing a sump pump, installing a high‑water alarm, disposing of contaminated material, and performing start‑up testing with Army personnel present. The contractor must supply the pump, alarm sensor, signal box, and any necessary piping or fittings, and complete the work during the unit’s operating hours (Tue‑Fri, 07:00‑17:30). No site visit is required, and the award will be based on the lowest responsible quote.
• Pump & drain cleaning (≈80‑90 ft of trench, two small sumps, one large sump pit)
• Removal of existing pump and installation of a new pump with check valve, alarm sensor, and signal box
• Disposal of oily water/sludge, site clean‑up, and start‑up testing with FMS staff present
