Description
The Dexter Community Schools is seeking bids for the BP7 Wylie Roof Replacement project. The project involves the partial replacement of roofs at Wylie Elementary School and Dexter High School. Bidders are required to submit a single lump sum proposal for the work categories 07-07-01 (Wylie Elementary Partial Roof Replacement) and 07-07-02 (Dexter High School Partial Roof Replacement). The project requires compliance with the Granger Construction Safety & Health Program Manual and all Federal and State OSHA standards. The bidder must also provide a complete understanding of other work categories and continuous coordination with interfacing trade contract work.
