The Borough of Atlantic Highlands is seeking a qualified construction firm to perform the general contract for the Atlantic Highlands Marina Facility, a new 2‑story municipal building with associated site work, utilities, and specialty equipment. The solicitation follows New Jersey public‑contract statutes and requires a sealed‑bid process, numerous statutory disclosures, and multiple performance bonds. The work must be completed within 150 calendar days after the notice to proceed is issued. Key elements include structural steel, precast concrete, dewatering, water‑main connection, optional cupola, corridor extensions for restroom trailers, and installation of a vertical wheelchair lift.
