Description
The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District is seeking bids for the Electrical Infrastructure- Phase II project. The scope of this project includes providing concrete encased duct bank, direct buried conduits, concrete manholes, fiber optic pull boxes, 600V, THWN secondary conductors, and installing Owner-furnished SCADA equipment, transformers, switches, 15kV Cable, 15kV cable splices, cable terminations, and air terminal compartments.
• The project requires a non-mandatory site visit on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 10:00 A.M.
• The site visit location is at the Large Maintenance Conference Room, 5300 N. Center Drive, Lake Buena Vista, Florida 32830.
• Attendees must RSVP through PlanetBids to attend the site visit and must wear closed-toed shoes, pants, hard hat, safety vest, and eye and ear protection.
• The bid documents can be found on the PlanetBids platform.
• The District encourages local vendors, veteran small businesses, and opportunity zone businesses to participate.
