The County of Imperial seeks a qualified consultant to provide full‑service project and construction management for the Sheriff’s Office SB 863 treatment facility. The consultant will oversee pre‑construction activities, design‑build procurement, construction oversight, and close‑out, while coordinating required sub‑consultants (e.g., CEQA, geotechnical, materials testing) and ensuring compliance with state‑funded SB 863 requirements, prevailing‑wage rules, and LEED certification. The work includes developing delivery‑method recommendations, managing RFIs, value‑engineering, schedule and budget control, and delivering final as‑built documentation. • Provide comprehensive PM/CM services from design through construction close‑out for a ~10,125 GSF facility (~$19.7 M total project cost). • Coordinate and procure all necessary sub‑consultants (environmental, surveying, testing) but do not perform those technical services directly. • Meet mandatory insurance, DIR registration, and DBE compliance; submit proposals via PlanetBids by March 13, 2026.
