Description
The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is seeking a contractor to provide mowing services at the Brighton Garage and 9 Park and Rides in Livingston County. The contractor will be required to provide all equipment, tools, and personnel to complete the services, which include 26 lawn mowings at the Brighton Maintenance Garage, one fall clean-up, one spring clean-up, and 10 lawn mowings and litter pickup at the 9 Park and Rides. The contractor must also attend a mandatory pre-proposal meeting and submit a proposal that includes a completed Vendor Questions Worksheet, a Confidential Treatment Form, and a completed Schedule A - Statement of Work.
• The contractor must have experience working with the State of Michigan and must provide a list of contracts held or previously held with the State.
• The contractor must also provide information about their company, including their legal business name, address, phone number, and website.
• The contractor must agree to the Contract Terms, which include a firm price for the entire length of the contract, and must provide a detailed description of their pricing.
• The contractor must also provide information about their subcontractors, if any, including their legal business name, address, and phone number.
• The State will evaluate the proposals based on factors such as the contractor's experience, pricing, and ability to provide the required services.
