Madigan Laundry Services

The Madigan Army Medical Center is seeking a contractor to provide non-personal healthcare laundry and related services for the medical center and multiple Medical Treatment Facilities in the health service area. The contractor will be required to provide laundry services in a manner that maintains satisfactory services, as laundry services are considered mission essential functions. The contract will be a firm-fixed price, nine-month purchase order, and the Government intends to award the contract to the lowest priced, technically acceptable quotation received. The contractor must demonstrate corporate experience providing laundry service support of a complexity similar to, or exceeding, the scope identified in the solicitation, and must also demonstrate that the laundry facility being used for all services under this contract is Healthcare Laundry Accreditation Council (HLAC) or TRSA Hygienically Clean Healthcare certified. • The contractor must provide a completed Corporate Experience Data Sheet that demonstrates experience providing laundry service support of a complexity similar to, or exceeding, the scope identified in the solicitation. • The contractor must provide a copy of HLAC or TRSA Hygienically Clean Healthcare certification for all facilities that will provide support in accordance with this solicitation. • The contractor must provide a resume in PDF or Microsoft Word format for one Launder Manager (LM) that clearly meets the experience and certification requirements as outlined in the performance work statement (PWS).
