Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) is seeking a contractor to modernize four passenger elevators and two freight elevators at the Dayton Manor (Staff Housing) located at 9325 Fort Hamilton Parkway, Brooklyn, NY. The contractor will provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and incidentals required to complete the project. The project aims to enhance safety, reliability, energy efficiency, and compliance with NYC Building Code, ASME A17.1, and NYC Appendix K requirements. The estimated magnitude of the project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
• The contractor will replace obsolete equipment with new systems.

• The Period of Performance for this project will be 336 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
