Description
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR), Bureau of Forestry, Recreation Section Trail Crew requires services for the rental of one 6X4 Tandem Dump Truck. The rental period will commence upon receipt of a fully executed Purchase Order and terminate on December 31, 2026.
• The contractor must provide a new or remanufactured dump truck that meets the specifications outlined in the IFB.
• The contractor must have the necessary insurance coverage, including worker's compensation and public liability insurance.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, safety, and environmental protection.
• The contractor must provide a firm bid, with no conditions or exceptions, and must be willing to enter into a contract with the Commonwealth.
• The contractor must be able to deliver the dump truck to the specified location and must be able to provide maintenance and repair services as needed.
