Water and Wastewater Support Services

The University of New Mexico's Southwest Environmental Finance Center (SWEFC) is seeking qualified firms to provide planning, project development, capacity development, and funding and financial assistance services for water and wastewater systems. The selected firm will work with communities in EPA Region 6 states (Texas, New Mexico, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana) to support water infrastructure improvements.
