Maxwell RSC 48 DNA Extraction Systems or Equal – Commercial Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking a commercial blanket purchase agreement (BPA) for the acquisition of Maxwell RSC 48 DNA Extraction Systems or Equal, including delivery, installation, on-site training, warranty support, and related services. The BPA will be used to support FDA laboratory facilities throughout the United States. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and incidental services necessary to provide the required systems and services. The systems must meet or exceed the salient characteristics and performance requirements contained in the attached solicitation. • The contractor must provide a complete system package, including installation services, on-site training, and one-year warranty support. • The contractor must demonstrate compliance with all material requirements identified in the Statement of Work. • The contractor must provide at least two references for contracts, purchase orders, BPAs, or projects of similar scope and complexity completed within the previous five years. • The contractor must maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of offer submission and award.
