Renewal Notice - Forensic Psychologist for Identified Offender Program

The Illinois Department of Public Health is seeking to renew a contract with a vendor to conduct risk analysis and prepare security recommendations for individuals with a history of felony criminal offenses who are admitted into nursing facilities licensed by the Department. The contract requires a forensic psychologist to complete a Risk Analysis and Security Recommendation for every Identified Offender, as well as a Sex Offender Evaluation for those who are registered/convicted sex offenders. The contract term is 24 months, and the estimated value is $1,700,000.00. • The vendor will be required to conduct background screenings and notify the Department of Public Health of those residents who are Identified Offenders. • The vendor will be required to complete a Risk Analysis and Security Recommendation for every Identified Offender. • The vendor will be required to complete a Sex Offender Evaluation for those who are registered/convicted sex offenders. • The contract term is 24 months. • The estimated value of the contract is $1,700,000.00.
