Audiometers

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to provide and support portable audiometers for screening and diagnostic hearing evaluations across VHA facilities. The equipment must meet or exceed ANSI/IEC standards and support field, outpatient, and mobile clinic operations. The contract will include the delivery of audiometers, accessories, and services such as installation, training, and maintenance. The contractor will be required to provide a firm-fixed-price quote for the services. • The contract will be for a period of 45 days, starting from the date of award. • The contractor will be required to deliver the equipment to the Audie L. Murphy VA Hospital in San Antonio, TX. • The contractor will be required to provide training and maintenance services for the equipment. • The contractor will be required to provide a warranty for the equipment for a minimum of 1 year. • The contract will include options for additional services such as loaner units during repair and extended warranty coverage.
