Budget estimate

$800,000 – $1,200,000

The engineer's estimate for the project is $975,000.00. This amount is likely to be the total contract value, and the actual budget to the contractor may be lower due to various factors such as change orders, unforeseen site conditions, and contract negotiations. However, based on the scope of work and the engineer's estimate, it is reasonable to assume that the budget to the contractor will be in the range of $800,000 to $1,200,000. The factors that may influence the likely payment range include the complexity of the project, the experience and qualifications of the contractor, and the level of competition among bidders.
