West Virginia University is seeking a qualified, experienced, and licensed contractor to provide all materials, tools, equipment, installation, and labor required to replace or repair the roof over the Lyon Tower Kitchen (ERC) at its Morgantown campus. The work includes demolition of any existing roofing, installation of a new EPDM membrane system, associated flashings, insulation, roof drains, and final close‑out documentation. The contract is awarded via a sealed competitive bid process, with a non‑mandatory pre‑bid meeting/site visit and a firm deadline for bid submission.
• Scope: ~9,700 SF kitchen roof (base bid) with an optional alternate for ~15,500 SF dining‑hall roof.
• Schedule: Notice to Proceed expected May 2026; Substantial Completion required by 28 Aug 2026, Final Completion by 25 Sep 2026.
