DOA

The Army is soliciting quotes for the supply of DI (2-ETHYLHEXYL) ADIPATE, commonly called DOA. The material must be in accordance with MIL-DTL-23443C, and manufacturers must be qualified within MCAAP Pamphlet 702-13 Qualified Chemicals. A Certificate of Analysis, Certificate of Conformance, and Safety Data Sheet are required. The packaging labels will include the manufacturer's name, product name/description, lot/batch number, and manufacture/expiration date. • The required quantity is 40800 lbs per delivery, with multiple delivery dates: 5/13/26, 5/20/26, 6/3/26, 6/10/26. • The material must meet specific test requirements, including specific gravity, moisture, acidity, saponification number, flash point, fire point, and kinematic viscosity. • The COC/COA must include the manufacturer's name, product name/description, specification, lot/batch number, manufacture/expiration date, statement of no change in materials or processes, and signature of an authorized representative.
