The Commander, Navy Installation Command (CNIC), Public Works Division (PWD) Misawa, Japan is seeking a contractor to provide Hangar Doors, Automatic Sliding Doors, and Automatic Sliding Gate Maintenance Services for the Naval Air Facility Misawa, Japan. The contractor will be required to perform all services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). • The contractor must have a valid construction business license to perform construction work in Japan. • The contractor must be authorized to operate and conduct business in Japan and comply with all laws and regulations. • The contractor must have a Japanese bank account to receive payment via DFAS Japan. • A pre-proposal meeting and site visit will be held on 23 June 2026, 09:00 JST. • Quoters must complete and submit Attachment (3) Site Visit Log via email to the POC by 16 June 2026, 11:00 JST.
