Description
The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services intends to enter into a single source agreement with Thermo Electron North America LLC to procure laboratory equipment maintenance. The agreement is for a period of one year, from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. The department is seeking maintenance and support services, miscellaneous repairs, parts and supplies, software licenses, hardware, and training to support the Thermo Electron North America LLC equipment used in the divisions' laboratories.
• The estimated dollar amount of the contract is up to $400,000.00.
• The approximate contract amount is $319,246.66.
• Thermo Electron North America LLC is the original equipment manufacturer and only known source for maintenance and supplies for this equipment.
• Prospective vendors are requested to provide information regarding their ability to supply the commodities or contractual services described.
