Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to award a sole source contract to Revvity Health Sciences, Inc. for the maintenance of a Janus 8 platform. The contract is for a period of 5 years, with a base period from May 16, 2025, to May 15, 2026, and four option periods. The maintenance agreement includes scheduled maintenance, labor, and parts to perform scheduled inspections, and labor and parts to perform unscheduled repair visits. The contractor will be required to provide one scheduled preventative maintenance visit per year, which includes a full system diagnostic using software and critical parts exchanged. The contractor will also be required to perform repairs on site and provide priority response for all breakdown calls within 24 to 48 hours.
