RFQ - Gravity Sewer Repair and Rehabilitation

The Cape Fear Public Utility Authority (CFPUA) is seeking a qualified engineering firm to provide professional engineering services for the repair and rehabilitation of gravity sewer infrastructure. The scope of work includes condition assessment, planning, design, preparation of bid documents, construction administration, and surveying. The selected firm will be required to demonstrate experience and knowledge in gravity sewer rehabilitation and repair projects in an active urban environment. The firm will be evaluated based on their experience, qualifications, and references. • The project involves the repair and rehabilitation of gravity sewer infrastructure in different areas of the CFPUA collection system. • The firm will be required to provide a Statement of Qualification (SOQ) that includes information about their experience, qualifications, and references. • The SOQ should be limited to 20 pages or less, excluding cover page, table of contents, tabs, resumes, and appendices. • The firm will be selected based on their experience, qualifications, and references. • The contract will include the repair and rehabilitation of gravity sewer infrastructure in different areas of the CFPUA collection system.
