PQ List for Plumbing Rehab/Repair/Reno (CD)

The City of Pittsburgh is seeking pre-qualified contractors for plumbing rehabilitation, repair, and renovation services. The contract period will commence upon execution and terminate on April 30, 2028. Bidders must have at least 5 years of experience in the plumbing rehabilitation, repair, and renovation business and employ qualified workmen. The City reserves the right to inspect facilities and equipment prior to approval. The successful bidder must provide as-built drawings and MSDS sheets for hazardous materials.
