PQ List for Pre-Demolition Asbestos Surveys (CD)

The City of Pittsburgh Office of Management and Budget is soliciting a list of pre-qualified contractors to conduct pre-demolition asbestos surveys. The initial contract period will commence upon the execution of the contract and terminate on June 30th, 2029. Bidders must submit their applications electronically. The City aims to encourage increased participation of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) in all City contracts. • The contract requires the contractor to conduct pre-demolition asbestos surveys. • The contractor must have the necessary qualifications, experience, and skills to perform the work. • The City has set participation goals for DBE, including 18% for Minority-Owned Business Enterprises, 7% for Women-Owned Business Enterprises, 5% for Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, and 3% for LGBTQIA+ businesses. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Executive Orders. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
