PQ List for Plumbing Rehab/Repair/Reno

The City of Pittsburgh is seeking pre-qualified contractors for plumbing rehabilitation, repair, and renovation services. The contract will be for a period of 48 months, and the City may conduct pre-bid meetings and/or job site visitations. The successful bidder must provide As Built Drawings within 15 days after the City's final acceptance of the work. The City reserves the right to inspect the facilities and available equipment to perform work under this contract prior to approval. The scope of work may include the supply and installation/maintenance and rehabilitation/repair/renovation of interior and/or exterior elements of work at various facilities wholly or partially owned by the City of Pittsburgh. • The City is seeking contractors with at least 5 years of experience in plumbing rehabilitation, repair, and renovation. • The City requires a Journeyman Plumbing License, with a Master Plumbing License preferred. • The City will provide documentation consisting of the scope of work, drawings, and specifications describing the work of each intended project. • The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, materials, and services necessary to perform the work. • The City may conduct inspections and testing to ensure compliance with the contract requirements.
