Description
The West Virginia Purchasing Division, on behalf of the Division of Natural Resources, is seeking qualified contractors to repave approximately 1,700 feet of existing hiking trail (the “Extra Mile” ADA Trail) at North Bend State Park. The scope includes all earthwork, paving, materials, labor, and equipment required to bring the trail back to ADA‑compliant standards. Bids must be submitted by the closing date, and the contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror meeting the specifications and price criteria.
• Location: North Bend State Park, Cairo, WV
• Work: Removal of deteriorated pavement, sub‑grade preparation, and installation of new paved surface (approx. 1,700 ft)
• Deliverables: Completed, ADA‑compliant trail ready for public use
