Description
Houston City College is seeking a contractor to replace the roof and install a lightning protection system at the Fine Arts Building, Central Campus. The project includes removing the existing roofing system, repairing damaged roofing plies, installing a new roofing membrane, and designing and installing a complete building lightning protection system. The contractor will be required to provide a 20-year manufacturer's warranty and a 2-year contractor warranty. The project is expected to last for 180 days, and the contractor will be responsible for coordinating all work with HCC stakeholders to minimize disruption to campus operations.
