Description
The West Virginia State Police is seeking a vendor to provide elevator equipment maintenance services. The contract will include monthly fees, regular labor rates, overtime labor rates, holiday labor rates, and emergency labor rates. The vendor will be required to perform maintenance services at the West Virginia State Police headquarters located at 4124 Kanawha Turnpike South, Charleston, WV 25309. The contract is expected to be for a period of 12 months, with an estimated 100 hours of regular labor, 16 hours of overtime labor, 8 hours of holiday labor, and 8 hours of emergency labor.
• The vendor must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on November 14, 2025, at 10:00 AM.
• The vendor must submit all technical questions by November 21, 2025.
• The contract will be awarded based on the lowest priced proposal that meets the requirements.
• The vendor must provide all necessary equipment and personnel to perform the maintenance services.
• The vendor must have experience in providing elevator equipment maintenance services.
• The vendor must have a good reputation and be financially stable.
