Description
This solicitation seeks qualified firms to provide comprehensive environmental compliance services for four New Jersey Turnpike service areas (Clara Barton SA 1S, John Fenwick SA 1N, Walt Whitman SA 3S, James Fenimore Cooper SA 4N). The work includes ongoing groundwater and soil monitoring, preparation and submission of Remedial Action Reports, acquisition of permits, biennial protectiveness certifications, and on‑call remedial investigation/design tasks over a five‑year performance period. The Authority requires a pre‑qualified firm with LSRP certification, relevant profile codes (C195‑C197), and the ability to meet Small‑Business (≥ 25 %) and Disabled‑Veteran‑Owned Business (≥ 3 %) participation goals.
• Perform semi‑annual groundwater monitoring, data validation, and reporting for each service area.
• Prepare and file Remedial Action Permits, RAPRs, and Biennial Certifications on the schedule specified for each site.
• Provide on‑call environmental investigation, design, and remediation services within a $200,000 supplemental budget over the contract term.
• Maintain a Project Manager/LSRP throughout the contract, submit monthly progress reports, and coordinate traffic‑operations requirements.
• Submit a complete EOI package (letter of interest, resumes, staffing estimate, project schedule, and all required forms) by the deadline.
