Description
The Department of Transportation is seeking a vendor to provide lawn maintenance services at the Blue Water Bridge and Port Huron Welcome Center. The services include mowing, edging, weed whipping, fall cleanup, spring cleanup, and debris and grass clipping removal. The contract will be awarded to the bidder who meets the specifications and offers the lowest price. The evaluation process is based on a pass/fail system, and the bidder must demonstrate their ability to successfully perform the duties identified in the solicitation.
