City of Lafayette: History Museum Sewer Line Replacement

The City of Lafayette is requesting bids for the replacement and modernization of the sanitary sewer system serving the Lafayette History Museum. The project consists of two main parts: the replacement of the sanitary sewer line from the building to the City sewer connection, and the replacement of under-building sewer infrastructure. The contractor will be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, performing the work in a manner that protects historic materials and minimizes disturbance to the structure, and providing a minimum two-year warranty on all materials and workmanship.
