Public Art On-Call Maintenance and Fabrication Services for City of Raleigh

The City of Raleigh is seeking one or more firms to enter into a Master Service Agreement (MSA) that provides on‑call public‑art services on an as‑needed basis. The scope includes custom fabrication of artwork, installation, routine maintenance and emergency repair, consultation with city staff and artists, and related utility and footing work. Work will be issued via individual Purchase Orders, with response times of 2 hours for emergencies and 24 hours for non‑emergencies. Firms must demonstrate capability in metalwork, welding, painting, powder‑coating, electrical work, and must hold appropriate NC contractor licenses. The contract will be awarded after evaluation of corporate experience, financial stability, project understanding, approach, team qualifications, and cost. • Services: art fabrication, installation, maintenance/repair, consultation, utilities/footers, electrical work. • Delivery: on‑call via PO, emergency response within 2 hrs, non‑emergency within 24 hrs. • Required licenses: NC Specialty Trade and Electrical Contractor licenses where applicable. • Evaluation criteria weighted across experience (20), financial (10), understanding (20), approach (20), team (10), cost (20). • Proposal due September 21, 2026; questions due September 8, 2026.
