Architectural Design Services for Basement Renovation&ADA Improvements for Norw

The City of Norwalk is soliciting proposals from qualified Architectural firms for the purpose of assisting the Committee with regard to the renovation of the basement area in the Norwalk Historical Society Museum. The requirements of this project are outlined in greater detail under Section 2 Scope of Work/Project Specifications. The project involves architectural design services for basement renovation and ADA improvements. Key tasks may include: • Conducting a site analysis and needs assessment • Developing design concepts and presenting them to the Committee • Preparing construction documents and obtaining necessary permits • Collaborating with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution • Ensuring compliance with ADA regulations and other applicable laws and regulations The City of Norwalk is looking for a qualified architectural firm with experience in similar projects to provide these services.
