Description
The Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners is seeking quotations for the purchase and delivery of overhead hoses, reels, and related components associated with overhead reel systems. The selected quoter will be required to provide new merchandise, free from defect, and in accordance with the specifications and terms of the contract. The quoter must also comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances, including those related to equal opportunity, nondiscrimination, and labor standards.
• The quoter must provide a signed quote response form, including all applicable certifications, licenses, and permits.
• The quoter must comply with the County's Commercial Nondiscrimination Policy and disclose any current or prior interest in, or contract with, a foreign country of concern.
• The quoter must provide a detailed scope of work and certify that it will comply with all requirements of the contract, including those related to public records, access, audits, and retention.
