Thermal Coating Application System and Material

The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) is seeking sources to determine industrial capability of potential contractors in development of Compact HLG Technology, to include prototyping. The government intends to procure on an Other than Full and Open competition basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, as a Cost-Plus Fixed Fee contract. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain knowledge of qualified, potential contractors and their socio-economic size classification in accordance with NAICS code 325510, which refers to the Paint and Coating Manufacturing industry. • The government is seeking contractors with experience in Compact HLG Technology development and prototyping. • The contract will be a Cost-Plus Fixed Fee contract. • The government intends to procure on an Other than Full and Open competition basis. • Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) to access Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). • The notice is not a solicitation announcement and does not constitute a commitment by the Government.
