Albuquerque Public Schools is seeking a qualified contractor to provide ongoing inspection, repair, and replacement services for its indoor, motor‑driven bleacher systems across numerous school facilities. The contract is an indefinite‑quantity, not‑to‑exceed agreement with a maximum term of four years, requiring the vendor to submit firm labor rates, part‑cost mark‑ups, and inspection cost estimates. The scope includes annual inspections, on‑call repairs, emergency response, and authorized replacements, along with required warranties, insurance, and compliance with safety and accessibility standards.
• Perform yearly and on‑call inspections of all indoor bleachers at APS schools, delivering detailed reports and repair quotes.
• Conduct repairs (mechanical, structural, electrical) and, when authorized, replace bleacher components or entire systems, adhering to ADA and local building codes.
• Maintain inventory of parts, provide labor under fixed rates, and honor a 90‑day service‑call warranty plus a 12‑month equipment warranty.
