Description
The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality is seeking a contractor to perform site preparation construction, including site pad, fence, and electrical installation, for a brand-new site at Portland Billy G Webb in region 14, Portland, TX 78374. The purpose of this construction is for continuous air monitoring. The contractor will be responsible for completing the work as specified in the attached documents, including the fillable form, non-fillable form, attachment A, standard insurance amounts, and insurance special terms and conditions.
• The contractor must comply with the standard terms and conditions provided by the TCEQ.
• The contractor must provide insurance as specified in the standard insurance amounts and insurance special terms and conditions documents.
• The contractor must complete the work as specified in the attachment A document.
• The contractor must submit their bid by the deadline of 2/20/2026 2:00 PM.
