The Cabinet is seeking a contractor to provide Medicaid consulting services. The proposal will be evaluated based on three criteria: Technical Proposal, Cost Proposal, and Oral Presentations. The Technical Proposal is worth 1200 points, the Cost Proposal is worth 600 points, and the Oral Presentations are worth 200 points.
• The Technical Proposal will be evaluated based on the contractor's ability to provide Medicaid consulting services.
• The Cost Proposal will be evaluated based on the contractor's pricing.
• The Oral Presentations will be evaluated based on the contractor's presentation skills, if determined necessary by the Buyer.
