Description
The Department of Developmental Services (DDS) is seeking licensed clinical professionals (psychology, psychiatry, or Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst) to serve as fee‑for‑service consultants who will evaluate and certify Level III aversive‑intervention programs for compliance with 115 CMR 5.14A. Consultants will conduct record reviews, in‑person interviews, on‑site inspections, and produce written compliance reports, with statewide travel required. The engagement is structured as a rolling master agreement lasting up to 5 years, with an estimated total spend of $150 K (≈ $30 K per year) and no maximum dollar cap.
