Description
The Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial services for the Division of Employment and Independence for People with Disabilities office located in Siler City, NC. The contract will have an initial term of one year, with the option to renew for up to two additional one-year terms. The vendor will be responsible for providing a range of janitorial services, including emptying trashcans, cleaning countertops and floors, dusting and polishing surfaces, and shampooing carpets. The vendor must also participate in a mandatory site visit and provide a pricing proposal that includes the cost of janitorial services, cleaning supplies, and products.
