Description
The Navajo Nation Department of Fire & Rescue is seeking a single‑vendor partner to provide comprehensive preventive maintenance, repair, and parts replacement services for its fleet of All‑Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) and Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTVs) over a five‑year period. The contractor must be able to travel throughout the Navajo Nation (Arizona and New Mexico), adhere to OEM warranty requirements, and guarantee pricing from October 1 of the contract year onward, including a 6 % Navajo Nation sales tax. A separate sealed envelope must contain the cost proposal, and all technical documents are to be submitted in four copies by the March 13, 2026 deadline.
